🔁 1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item or design
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown on the website

⚠️ To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • You must provide an unboxing video or photo proof for any damage or mismatch claims.

📦 2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your product at

  2. Include your Order ID, a photo/video of the product, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the return process.

After approval, you can send the product to our return address provided via email or message.


💰 3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email or SMS.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent via Bkash / Nagad / Bank Transfer (depending on your original payment method).

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


🚚 4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We’ll send a new product (same model or similar value) once the returned item is verified.
  • Replacement shipping is free in case of damaged or wrong items.

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or special design clocks (made on request)
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:

  • First, check your Bkash/Nagad/Bank account again.
  • Then contact your payment provider — sometimes delays occur.
